2. Initial conversation
   You will have an introductory call with one of our recruiters. This is an opportunity for both of us to learn more about each other, your experience and what you are looking for next. 


3. Interviews 

   You will meet with the hiring manager and, depending on the role, possibly other team members. We use these conversations to explore skills, expectations and whether we are a good match. Some roles may include additional assessments as part of the process.

4. Decision and next steps
   We aim to make timely and well-considered decisions. You can expect clear feedback and to hear from us as soon as possible about the next steps.
